"ROUTE RECORD buttons are not visible"

Problem: The tablet opens, but ROUTE RECORD or START RECORDING is missing.

Cause: The player does not have the atc_radar.routecreator ACE permission.

Solution: Grant the permission in server.cfg, then restart the server.
