"You lack the required entitlement to use atc_radar"

Problem: FiveM refuses to start the protected resource.

Cause: The server cannot confirm that its owner is entitled to use the escrowed asset.

Solution: Use the copy delivered to the account that purchased the resource. Confirm that the server is owned by that account, then restart it. Do not use files copied from another customer's account.
