Problem: The purchase is complete, but you need the resource files.

Cause: FiveM Asset Escrow products are delivered through the purchasing account and its delivery email.

Solution: Open the delivery email sent after the Tebex purchase and use its download link. Keep the downloaded package tied to the account that purchased it.
