Route recorder

Trusted users can record new route definitions in-game.

/startroute
/finishroute
/cancelroute

The recording state remains active if the tablet is closed and reopened during recording.

Route recorder access is controlled independently through Config.RouteRecorderAdminOnly and Config.RouteRecorderAllowedAce.
